20 Fenchurch Street

20 Fenchurch Street is a 167 metre skyscraper which has been pushed to the limits to get planning permission due to it's large overhanging shape. On the top floor (36/37) it will have a beautiful sky garden which will allow you to have a view of mainly the South of London. Demolition of the old building has been completed. It was put on hold for several months, until they restarted on the 24th of January 2010 to continue piling. The piling is now complete and they are now on the ground works. It should be completed by the second quarter of 2014.
